As the Founder and Managing Director, Victor-Emmanuel brings more than 30 years of strong leadership in managing large-scale security guard companies in Burundi. His focus is on strategic planning and implementing business growth initiatives while maintaining the deepest knowledge of local security regulations. He is committed to continuous process improvement to enhance client trust and ensure the accountability and efficiency of our 2000+ staff. He has extensive international experience and speaks multiple languages, including French, English, German, Kirundi, and Swahili — a key asset that strengthens customer relations and ensures seamless communication and cultural understanding with diverse clients.

Gilbert is our Chief Operations Officer, an expert in managing large-scale security operations. He is skilled in overseeing the effective and efficient daily work of our 2000+ security guard workforce.
